Use MoveLuma safely

AI safety and learning limitations

MoveLuma is an independent educational practice tool. It helps people rehearse communication; it does not replace professional judgment, qualified instruction, clinical supervision, or official examination preparation.

Automated feedback can be wrong

MoveLuma uses automated systems to transcribe and review practice responses. Transcription, interpretation, scores, and suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate. Treat feedback as a prompt for reflection—not as a factual or clinical decision.

Not medical or professional advice

Do not use MoveLuma to diagnose, treat, triage, prescribe, make care decisions, determine competence, or replace local policies and qualified supervision. Check clinical and professional questions with an appropriate educator, supervisor, or licensed professional.

Not an emergency service

MoveLuma cannot monitor a real situation or contact help. Do not use it during an emergency or for urgent advice. Contact the appropriate local emergency service or responsible professional when immediate help is needed.

Practice scores are not credentials

Scores and completion indicators are informal learning feedback. They are not official examination scores, competency assessments, licenses, certifications, continuing-education credit, employment recommendations, or guarantees of performance.

Recording and privacy boundary

Your browser may request microphone permission. Practice audio is transmitted for transcription and analysis and is not intentionally stored in the MoveLuma application database. Do not submit sensitive or identifying information. Review the Privacy Policy for more information.

Independent platform

MoveLuma is operated by Media Yard LLC. Unless explicitly stated, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official preparation product of any school, employer, licensing body, examination provider, healthcare organization, or government agency.

Report unsafe or inaccurate feedback

Stop using a suggestion that appears unsafe or inappropriate. Email [email protected] with the scenario name and a description of the concern. Do not include patient information.
